1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 3–7 business days

• Non-metro & remote areas: 5–10 business days
  Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on specific products or during promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track the status of your order through the courier partner’s website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In case of damaged or lost packages during transit, please contact us at support@swago.co within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) along with photos or proof.

7. Change of Address

Changes to shipping address can be made within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing our support team.
